My Philosophy
I believe businesses should solve customer problems, and I solve big and challenging problems by finding and activating behavioral and attitudinal data and insights. I have a deep passion for the customer because the customer is the business. When I start a project, I take time to define the problem to solve so we save time, money and resources later. I believe success is born from curiosity, collaboration, creativity and grit.
I believe teams need a shared purpose to find success, and I build purpose by articulating our core beliefs, goals and values. I invest in my people because their success is my success. I am a culture creator.
Solve a relevant problem and profit follows
Know the customer; the customer IS the business
Take the time to define, debate and decide
Managers must build purpose and also do work
Be proud, but remember success is shared with many
